The Moonstone Beach House is available for DIY Events:

 You create and style your event, coordinate your food, beverages, and music.

 We provide table settings and event supplies, reserved parking at the beach, breakdown your event, provide cleaning and trash services.

6 and 8 foot Banquet Tables, Cocktail Tables, Wooden Dining Chairs

Plates: Dinner, Salad/Appetizer, Cake

Stemware & Glasses: Wine, Champagne, Beer, Water, Coffee

Flatware: Forks, Spoons, Knives, Steak Knives

Table Linens & Napkins: Ivory, White

Vases, Carafes, Beverage Tubs, Champagne Buckets, Bar Supplies, etc.

Prep Kitchen and Covered BBQ Area, Ice Maker, Reserved Parking w/Assistance

Cleaning, Laundry, Trash Service

 

Weddings include (in addition to the above):

White Ceremony Chairs, Wedding Arbor (set up/breakdown to and from the beach included)

Event Policies & Requirements

Contract will determine full scope of Policies and payment terms.

Season: WINTER: November – March SUMMER: April - October

Capacity: It is preferred that events at the Moonstone Beach House have a maximum of 100 guests per event.

Timing: Evening and all day events held at the Moonstone Beach House shall conclude by 10:00 PM

Event Reservation: 50% of the Event Rental Fee is due to reserve your date.

Security Deposit & Payment: A refundable Security Deposit of $750 and the remaining event fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to event date.

Insurance: Insurance is required by you, for your event.

For more than half a century the iconic Moonstone Beach House has consistently been one of the most popular event venues in the region.

The 1,835 sq.ft. building includes an event hall, bar, kitchen, restrooms, a 312 sq.ft. covered barbeque area, and a 1,612 sq.ft. deck.

The Trinidad Coastal Land Trust’s public access easement on the section of the property that extends out onto the beach allows for shared use, and this part of the beach features an approximately 10,000 sq.ft. flat area with easy access to the main building and is perfect for beach weddings on the sand.

The grassy knoll amid the cypress trees to the north of the Moonstone Grill offers panoramic views and is another popular ceremony location on the property.

The Beach House can accommodate weddings, university meetings and workshops, business retreats and holiday parties, birthday and anniversary celebrations and community gatherings and fundraisers.
